Well where to start ?
My name is Sam,Male,Uk
and Ive previously started the atkins diet hoping that this diet wont be the same as the others and after seeing the results on this forum i decied it was a good idea
I choosen to go on this diet after being told that i was obese by my doctor and at first i didnt take no notice and carried on eating the way i did but when your own friends and family start saying your fat it dawns on you and made me want to change my life style and the atkins diet looks like the best diet for me.
And i am hoping to share this experiance with with the people on this forum
