Well I am limited cuz here in eGypt we dunt have as much varities as you have in the States. I did read the book. well the milk is skimmed and there isn't heavy cream here, it's just vannilla wipped cream or smthn like that.. everything has a flavour.. or just whipped cream and I dunt htink that's possible.

I did add some vegies today.. i hope it helps..
