You're supposed to do one new food at the time so that if you run into an issue you have a clearer idea what food my be a problem. Did the peanut jar get to you? Terrible tempting stuff.
I had the peanut butter Sunday, since then I haven't had any...actually it didn't taste the same as I remembered. I did not care to much for it. As for almonds I have been using them in my meals as batter or with salads (gives a nice crunch...).

Did you up your carbs as you added nuts as well?
Yes, I went from 25 last week to 30 this week. (give or take a little)

Are you close to your period? Any other stressy things happening that may make you hold on to water right now?
My next period is due June 20th, so a good week and a half away. I have never been one to stress on things. I have been told that I am the calm before the storm at my former boss.

Sorry for all the questions but there are many factors to consider before you jump to the conclusion that nuts indeed are an issue
No problem. I really thought dairy would be my problem since in the past I have been lactose intolerant...but I sailed through those weeks with no problems.

I am also avoiding eggs and so far my stomach has been doing great, plus I am actually feeling hungry and not nauseous.
