Default Living obese - the difference a month on Atkins makes

This refers to my changes since this original post:

http://www.atkinsdietbulletinboard.c...heres-why.html (I can't live morbidly obese - here's why)

Technically I've lost 23lbs but my mass has reduced 2 belt sizes.

The nurse still requires the extra fat blood pressure Velcro wrap, however she can find my pulse easily and my BP is within normal ranges. Now get this: I cut my medication in half. After another month, I'll probably be totally off it.

My computer chair no longer makes horrid noises when I sit, in fact it's fine with me now.

My shower floor doesn't make cracking sounds either.

I started the Elliptical trainer at my gym the day of that post. After 10 minutes I thought I was gonna die at level 1, had to get off and sit down, then went home embarrassed. I now do an hour at level 8, hop off the machine, greet everybody goodbye and go home. That's with 2.3-2.5 speed and 142-154 heart rate.

ZERO HEADACHES in the past month. That's right ... ZERO. My daily nightmare headaches are totally, completely gone.

I no longer check my shirts, it's all good and loose now.

I flirt with women at the grocery store and gym, and they flirt back.

Tying my shoes is no problemo.

To all you fat guys: Stay on Atkins induction for a month with exercise, and you'll notice several positive changes in your life. I'm extremely grateful to all the wonderful people on this board, that keep me excited to stay on my diet every day, and absolutely amazed at the progress I've made in a mere 30 days. I love you all!
