Re: Low Carb Nutrition Bars | | I agree with Georgiana. It's kind of a way to cheat the diet, instead of learning the true values that come from the Atkins WOE. The ingredients aren't legal for Phase 1 (Induction), and eating the bars will quite possibly derail your progress and make you crave carbs even more (I've seen it happen).
Are you still in Extended Induction? You have very little to lose! You should think about OWL, then you can start incorporating berries and nuts and fruits the right way!
