First of aLl.. I said we DO HAVE wHipping CREAM !, i just said everything here is FLAVOURED ! .. second of all.. i do know the rules.. Its my second time on atkins .. first time i lost nearly 17 kg ! .. If i did it once I can do it again.. I was just inquiring about some stuff. Thank you for bothering to reply to this thread, i appriciate it very much, but i wouldn't be here if i didnt need the support for the second time ! .. There are just few things that i was introduced to it recently so I was just inquiring about it , Im not making excuzes what so ever !
