How many days (appx) does it take to go back into ketosis if you fall out? Today I for some unconscious reason (habit) I came to work, got a cup of coffee and put two individual international delight creamers in the coffee AND I proceeded to drink it. I drank about 1/2 cup before I regained my senses. Even though I drank about 12 carbs, it was all sugar. It is amazing how many eating habits we are unaware of! This little feat of mine really depressed today. I am just going to trudge ahead like it never happened, but I know drinking it brought me out of Ketosis.
