Pork Tenderloin with spices -- garlic powder, pepper, onion powder, salt Lunch Cajun style Tilapia Broccoli Snack Tomato with mozzarella Dinner Salad (Lettuce, cheese, bacon bits, egg, blue cheese dressing) Chicken cooked in butter and garlic Wednesday Breakfast Bacon Scrambled eggs with cheese Lunch Grilled Chicken (from KFC it was small so I had a snack after work) Green Beans Snack Tuna with Mayo Dinner Pork Chops cooked in olive oil 2 cups of lettuce with blue cheese dressing 1 hard-boiled egg Comments or suggestions??
