Re: Please Review My Menu!! | | I hate fitday. I tried it and it is such a pain. My portions are normal size, and I am staying around 16-20 carbs a day. I find sometimes that I'm not really hungry. I've just added cauliflower to my diet, but I had been eating broccoli since induction, no more than one cup a day and plenty of salad!!
So far my menu for today is:
Breakfast
Genoa Salami - 4-5 pcs (0 carbs)
Spinach Egg Bake (2.9 carbs)
8 oz coffee w/ cream & sweet N Low ( I don't have this every day, but sometimes I get a hankering for it - and trust me it's over, I couldn't finish it this morning - 1.0 carbs)
1/2 slice Muenster cheese (.5 carbs)
Lunch -
Veggie Omelet from Shari's (7 carbs)
3 chicken wings (baked) ( 0 carbs)
1 c broccoli w/ cheese (4.5 carbs)
Dinner -
Probably some baked fish and a salad
