Default Re: Help!

i agree with chinadoll.....they are totally not worth it! they may be good if you need a quick fix in an emergency, but even then i wouldn't recommend them. even in a pinch if you're out somewhere and needed something quick most gas stations sell peanuts, cashews, or even beef jerky(try to find one that is sugar free), or even string cheese. just make sure you are on the correct rung before choosing the nuts.

i was curious too at why you decided to buy them, was it for convience or because you need a sweet treat? either way, there are other things that you could eat. for convience, celery is a great snack and most stores sell them where they are already cut in like 4 inches pieces and you can get ranch dips in single serving cups. if its for a sweet treat, you could take an oz or 2 of cream cheese and add a splenda packet. my favorite treat is to have 1/2 cup of pumpkin(not pumpkin pie filling) and add a packet of splenda and some cinnamon. heat for 30 secs and enjoy. you could even add and oz of cream cheese to the pumpkin and it tastes like a pudding. makes a great legal treat and pumpkin is a great veggie to eat if ya need to bump up your veggie intake. has about 6 net carbs per 1/2 cup.

try to remember that natural whole foods are best when trying to become a healthier you. also, remember even the legal treats should be kept at a minimum not an everyday thing.

best of luck
