I'm new to this board. I started on May 25 and now that the weight is NOT coming off quickly am a little bit discouraged. I feel like the scale should move a bit every day, since every day I am not eating carbs! I have a long way to go and can't stand to sit at one weight! My goal for the weekend is to begin to exercise and add 100oz of water each day.
I've never been in an online community with so many choices of where to post. I hope I'm in the right spot. Thanks! |
