Hi everyone, I am not new to Atkins but here I am. And yes I know I don't have a lot of weight to lose but I cannot lose any weight on any diet but Atkins. I tend to hold lots of water and can fluctuate 3-4lbs each day. My doctor is rechecking my thyroid levels. He thinks perhaps my body is not converting the T4 into T3 as it should. I am on 200mcg of levothyroxine. I am off on vacation on Monday to the UK so will have to be especially vigilant on what I am putting in my mouth over there but hopefully when I get back I will have a weight loss to report.
