my menu today
12oz of water
black coffee "can't and wont give up my coffee for anyone"
2 omega 3 organic eggs
with green pepper, yellow pepper and red peppers
1/2 link of homemade italian sausage
all made into a delicious omelette
12oz of water
1 cup of mixed salad greens
with balsamic dressing 1tsp
black angus burger
cheese
2cups of mixed salad greens
1 cup of brocolli
chopped egg
2tbsp of sliced mushroom
with light ranch
12oz of water
I drink water all day long in 12 oz bottles and also before bed and during the night if I wake up
and after I posted today my weight was 132.4
so I think I have the hang of it
Thanks for the encouragement and I will be vigilant on my vacation I want to meet my goal and feel better.
as far as exercise, I garden, I walk my dogs 2x aday and plan to start on my treadmill when I get back.

oops almost forgot I take a b complex, a multivitamin and mineral, calcium, vit D 1000u. and 500mg of vitamin c.
