Hi all. I am Amy; 29 years old, had my first baby April of 08.
I was on Atkins from 2001 until pregnant. I have at least 50 lbs to lose, that is my first goal, but CANNOT get motivated to start. Will do fine for 1-2 weeks, and the "CHEAT". Any ideas, I need to get this weight off, and want to be healthy for me, and my family. |
