Congrats on the new baby

I was also on Atkins until I fell pregnant and then put it all back on again (as had a second baby too!).
I got back on track on 27 October and am now half way to goal.
I think you just need to get motivated by reading the book and this board and watching some weightloss programs such as Biggest Loser (it works for me anyway).
I can't tell you how much better I feel now and how much easier it is to run after the kids. So worth it.
