Default shopping list - UK members preferebly

im writing out my first atkins shopping list gonna start mon. should i stay on induction untill i lost hhalf the weight i wanna loose? and should i take the psyllum husks and vitamins all together in morning??

just a question, does anyone have any tips of cheapy things i can buy on induction, im going to tesco. any snacks?? i dont like olives btw. i know we shouldnt snack but i just want something there in case. thanks??
