HI everyone if you read my post "look how much i lost under a year" you would know i have been waiting for the final lbs to go and it took me around a week for the final lb to go.Today i weighed in and yes you guessed i weighed 183 thats totally my weight loss of 100lbs
.I am so pleased going to keep going want to lose at least 30 more lbs and i will appreciate it if you all members keep supporting me
and keep me going on this journey for my new goal.Thankyou all and all the best with your weight losses.
