every day we can have 3 tablespoons of oil, half an avaacado, 2 tablespoons cream fraiche (sour cream), 3 tablespoons double cream, 4 ounzes cheese, 3 cups salad - 1 of which veggies. is this right?
cos im feeling so full at the moment and im feeling like im doing it wrong??xxx
