if you are serious about loosing your weight this is such a great way to live. Give it more than 2 weeks and you'll see how wonderful you feel. You need the book to do the plan right. It might be better if you aren't going to keep up with this WOE during your vacation that you just wait until you get back so you can do it right.

You say what you ate for dinner last night -- what have you eaten today? If you are hungry you should go eat something legal.....you should never be hungry during induction.

As far as recipes we have them...lots of them!

Drink a minimum of 64 ounces of water each day, including:
