Re: newbie | | The first few days are the worst, then you start to get a lot of energy and feel better. Don't worry about eating too much fat the first week. You need to keep yourself satiated while your body switches gears and begins producing keytones.
One thing to keep in mind--if you go off while on vacation, you will have to go through this yucky, tired, crummy period all over again when you come home.
