Re: exercise induction | | Overall, exercise is super important as Georgiana & China mentioned. Exercise is also not an option on Atkins.
That being said, my first week on Atkins I pushed myself to exercise (light walking on a treadmill), but I was so extremely weak, I had to stop. I had absolutely NO energy, so I couldn't do it.
I started again on the second week of induction (post-flu) and feel great. I work out about 2 hours every other day with no issues on extended induction.
