I was bad.. All weekend.. Didn't think twice. I did relay for life with my company. We were the top fundraisers and raised over 20k. That wasn't corporate sponsorship. I walked 8-9pm and did 2.5 miles. I was hoping to do 3 but I had fun hanging with my managers at our site. I'm back on the bandwagon today after seeing a number on my scale that I hated. For bfast I had eggs and sausage. For lunch I had a grilled chicken cobb salad and I'm eating the rest for dinner now.

BTW I work 10-7pm so I think eating at work will be the best thing for me!
