Re: Brand new member | | You might want to post a daily menu in the Review My Menu thread. There may be something contributing to your Induction woes. ALso make sure you get some magnesium in your vitamins/supplements. I also take L-glutamine to aid in rebuilding/preserving muscle tissue.
