Re: why am i gaining | | You may be eating too much cream. Cream is limited to 2-3 tablespoons. As part of the "Special Category Foods" you are allowed to have 3 oz, but this comes with a warning saying that it may stall or slow down your weight loss. In your menus, there's cream in the quiche and cream as a snack... which adds to more than 2-3 tbsp. Also remember you are only allowed to have one "special" food per day, so if you have more than 2-3 tbsp of cream, you can't eat avocado for example.
I see you have a small avocado there. Avocados are limited to half a small one per day.
Diet sodas may give you some trouble as well, even if sweetened with aspartame. For me they cause weight gain (water retention probably, but nevertheless...).
Do you know what the fat-carb-protein percentages are in those menus? Or the number of calories? Are you adding a lot of salt to what you are cooking?
Are you exercising?
