Re: why am i gaining | | Something about your snacks. We are supposed to eat only when hungry or when 6 hours have passed since our last meal. Are you sure 3 tbsp of heavy cream are the best way to satisfy your hunger? And are you really hungry when you have that cream or do you just like cream?
Instead of cream, you could have a wedge of cheese for example (but make sure you stay within 3-4 oz per day). Or some veggies with dip. Or meat...
