Cold BBQ chicken, deviled eggs, coleslaw that you make at home and bring with you, salads are all good lunch choices. The one minute muffin from egg and flax in the microwave would be an easy breakfast. I would take some store sliced ham and cheese and make it into a breakfast sandwich.

smoked salmon and cream cheese is nice for brekkie or lunch.
