i have a question on behalf of my friend...

This friend of mine is really motivated to lose weight the Atkins way seeing my weight loss coz she also needs to lose 15-20 kgs..but the problem is that she is trying to conceive for the past 2 years..

i would like to know that is it safe to start atkins while u r trying to conceive?
