Re: June Stability Ball Exercise Challenge... sign up and reporting thread | | Going kind of slow, Jo... The internship/work is taking most of time... I leave home at 6am and arrive back at 12am, so not too much time left for exercising. I was thinking I could bring my ball at the office. I wonder how weird that would be... I'm sharing the office with two guys, but they leave at 6pm, so theoretically I could exercise here...
Nothing on the 13th for me... I was fighting a nasty galaxy at work. But I did 40 min the next morning (14th), 30 min on Monday (15th) and another 30 min yesterday (16th). I'm not sure I'll do something today as I've pulled an all-nighter and I'm kind of sleepy... but I'll see how the day goes.
My total is 260/400. I'm not late with the minutes, but for some reason I feel like I have done nothing all month. I guess my exercise routine is just a little messed up right now...

Despite all your good intentions, you're mightily tempted by a food you're not supposed to have. What to do? I'll tell you this: You'd better have a strategy ready!"
