Most of that weight you have lost is mostly water weight although you may have lost some fat and muscle.
Also, it is impossible for any human to put on 11.6 lb of muscle in a month. (Most people lifting weights intensely see those kinds of gains in 3 months).
And also, 21.6 lb of fat in a month is a dream. That can never happen (unless you had lipo). Most people lose 1-2 lb of fat per week where the max being severely obese people who could lose up to 4 lb of fat a week.

Sorry for the rant but its better to know your results for what they actually are rather than results you would get in some fantasy land.

Sorry Johniboy that you're a hard gainer. I've been lifting wieghts for almost 20 years and took a three year lay-off. Ever hear off muscle memory?

Flabby as I got, my arms still measured 16 inches flexed. Yes, I use skin calipers, but I use many methods for skinfold measurments, not just one. I even have my body fat measured in the gym by physical therapy / sports medicine students just to check.

Second of all, I have and always had a superior ability to gain muscle mass. I stalled once at 285 lb. with a 34 inch waist, back around 12 years ago, and I'm 5"11.5" tall. But I was stacking Deca.

I'm not new at this, so I'm definetly not a beginner. I currenlty eat 6 times a day, sometimes seven and eat arounbd 3,000 calories.

So the about a fantasy land, my little wimpy friend shows your fustration getting gains.

Presently I'm cycling an anti-aromatase that works very well. In the almost 2 months I've been doing this, and my brutal workouts, I'm having now a hard time not losing more than 2 lb. every three days.

So good luck working out, my little rotund friend.
