Make sure you get smaller snack size meals in during the day -- you have to eat -- you're appetite will come back -- try eating a couple hard boiled eggs or cheese during the day to get your protein in -- have a couple small salads during the day or a small salad and some other veggies (green beans, cauliflower, broccoli, cucumber) as a snack. Make sure also that you are still getting enough pure water in also. |
