Re: Help! Not losing... | | I do have the 2002 edition, I must have just not read it thoroughly before. I think I need to get rid of the nuts and berries in my diet and add more veggies for now, and then I think I will lose. I actually did lose .4 lbs from yesterday to this morning. Still, I had been experiencing a lot of weight loss in the past two weeks, so this week has been frustrating and stressful because I haven't lost as much. Thanks for the advice and info!
