stats>> 40-34-40
my goal weight is 5o kilos.
present weight is 66.5 kilos.
yup i was not exactly doing atkins..but a form. actually my husband lost 8 kilos in 1 month by that diet .
but me.../
yeah i work out ..not that much but thirty minutes a day . there is this caplet "x12" by GNC i take that before work out .
& ocassionaly i have protein shakes .
can you tell me if I stick to the diet by when can i achieve my goal weight ?
