Me too. The low sugar in the WOE is all the sugar leveling you need. I suggest letting your body do its job. "Helping" it along will not allow it to stabilize and readjust your natural insulin response. I wouldn't worry about the ketostix. If you are doing Induction properly, according to the 2002 Dr Atkins New Diet Revolution book, then you will be in ketosis. Better to go by biological signs--stinky breath and urine, high energy, and no excessive cravings.
