There are four levels of Atkins.
1. Induction (initial two weeks) or Extended Induction (beyond two weeks)
2. OWL - Ongoing Weight Loss - This is where you will read about the rungs. It is the way we determine our critical carbohydrate level or CCL by adding incremental amounts of carbs in a predetermined ladder of foods.
3. Pre-maintenance
4. Maintenance
