I'm fortunate enough to have a local producer of organic, pastured, humanely treated beef (they also sell chicken, pork, lamb, turkey). They don't sell outside of my home province though (which is a good thing, imo), and I'm guessing you're not posting from Saskatchewan  . |
Yes, I've read all of Pollan's books. Great reading. Just ordered Food, Inc., too, which came out last month. He contributed to that, too.
I figured you had a local source for the beef but wanted to make sure there was no mail order option I was missing..... Sounds awesome.
