Re: Finally Ready to Lose this Weight!!! | | hi and welcome Kristen -- the best thing you can do (other than being on Atkins) is stay off the scale until the end of induction -- you may change weight several times a day and several times during the week so it's better if you don't become a slave to the scale!
make sure you drink enough pure water daily - you exercise daily and are eating food on the acceptable food list ---- nothing else! Good luck! |
