Default What was the verdict for Induction stalls?

Stalled for 2 weeks with zero inches and lbs.

Stix is purple all day every day, 1 hour exercise x 6 per week. Food is not tight since I have the occasional cole slaw at a BBQ restaurant, Wingstop 10 cajun with blue cheese on Mondays and Fridays. Supplements galore (9 total).

Other than those 2 items, food is VERY by the book.

So ...

1) Tighten up the food to scientific standards
2) Pop into OWL 1 and try my luck for a few weeks
3) Vary food, start varying exercise

Suggestions? Any particular order I should dive into these three until I'm back on track?

Elliptical gym machine 1 hr Tue-Sun
At 320, switch to cycling on my Trek 500
2 filtered containers water/day
Daily salads/veggies


Goals:

Stop needing High Blood Pressure meds - DONE!
Workout in a XXXL shirt
- DONE!
Workout in a XXL shirt
Workout in a XL shirt
270 on the scales
