Did you gain 7 lbs in one week by adding a single new food? What nut/seed did you add, in what quantity and how often? Was it TOM as well?

Being deficient in some vitamins/minerals can affect your weight loss as well. Take a multivitamin and check with your doctor if you should take anything else.
