Ummm... so, basically all you wrote above could stall your weight loss.

Let's see...

These diet drinks are sweetened with aspartame, which often stalls people.

i do have ketchup but very little and count it towards the carbs im allowed...
Ketchup, little or not, contains sugar which might interfere with your weight loss.

Im on rung one
Okay, then can you tell us what is your current carbohydrate level?

when i try moving up the rungs i gain weight... i got to the nuts and seeds rung and gained 7lbs so i went back to induction and moved to rung 1 ( increasing veggies)
Did you gain 7 lbs in one week by adding a single new food? What nut/seed did you add, in what quantity and how often? Was it TOM as well?

as for swede uhmm i think maybe its a turnip lol im not entirely sure to be honest
Swede is not allowed. It is a starchy vegetable and not allowed until OWL Rung 8.

i dont take suplements, perhaps the odd vit c
Being deficient in some vitamins/minerals can affect your weight loss as well. Take a multivitamin and check with your doctor if you should take anything else.
