Good morning CC'ers from the Great Northwest USA It's a cool sunny day here. I've got some work to do in the garden. I'm going to make some salads for fathers day tomorrow. A bar-b-que is planned as well. All legal foods here. Tomorrow is weigh day too. DD Sierra peaked yesterday and has lost another 4 pounds this week. She's doing most AWESOME! She has hit her first mini goal and will be getting her hair cut at a salon Wednesday. Wishing everyone a great low carb saturday. Sherri |
