Re: Ive been on atkins for 16 months and i have been staling for almost 4months now.h | | My advice would be to "go back to basics" Be very strict with what you eat. Make sure it is legal. Cut out all sugar and artificial sugar for a bit. Stop eating things you are not sure about. Measure - and count carbs strictly. Drink only water for that bit while you get yourself back into losing mode.
