Default Re: Ive been on atkins for 16 months and i have been staling for almost 4months now.h

My advice would be to "go back to basics" Be very strict with what you eat. Make sure it is legal. Cut out all sugar and artificial sugar for a bit. Stop eating things you are not sure about. Measure - and count carbs strictly. Drink only water for that bit while you get yourself back into losing mode.
