You're doing great!! Good for you for figuring out the problem with the peanuts. I bought one jar of them on this go around and also didn't realize they weren't allowed on rung 3. I was even more offended when I read the label and it said corn starch in the ingredients list. Yick!!!

That's what it's all about. Never be afraid to fall back a rung or phase if that's what you need to do! I've had to do it. I think most of us have. The positive is you know when your body needs you to!
