Hi there Ammie I have lost a total of 103lbs but never did i do any measurements but i was a slave to the scales every morning its nearly a year and im still obsessed before breakfast i hop on the scales.I have seen alot of difference in body shape as my hand and fingers are so much smaller bangles are looser rings fit smaller sizes,face has very much slimmed down no double chin at all so slim,i had broud shoulders i look perfectly normal,tummy still has fat there but i used to look pregnant thats how big it was nicely hidden now,legs much slimmer,had alot of fat on my upper back in proportion now.What im saying is that i have noticed where the lbs have gone from and i can see i have slimmed down from all my body.
