I'm on day five of induction and am feeling pretty good as i just got over the jittery and tired stage.
We count only "net carbs" on Atkins.

Net carbs = total carbs - fiber grams (- sugar alcohols)

Fiber is a carb, but it doesn't affect blood sugar because it isn't digested. So we don't count fiber.
