Stix is purple all day every day, 1 hour exercise x 6 per week. Food is not tight since I have the occasional cole slaw at a BBQ restaurant, Wingstop 10 cajun with blue cheese on Mondays and Fridays. Supplements galore (9 total).

Other than those 2 items, food is VERY by the book.

So ...

1) Tighten up the food to scientific standards
2) Pop into OWL 1 and try my luck for a few weeks
3) Vary food, start varying exercise

Suggestions? Any particular order I should dive into these three until I'm back on track?

thanks!
I just looked and called all my local bbq restraunts for nutional information. Some bbq's had zero carb or low carb meat... Some I was completely blown away that a chicken breast would have 24 carbs in it per serving. I am making lists of foods I can eat at each restraunt. I was sad, sad, sad to find out that my favorite bbq brisket was rubbed with brown sugar and my second favorite had more than 4 carbs per 1/2 lb. Oh well... I can do better than that. Actually I found Dickey's bbq has a zero carb brisket, ham and turkey but there 1/2 chicken has 2 carbs.
