Re: Newbie | | Hi Hollyanna, a lot of what you have lost is probably water but you are also losing fat too. Sounds like you may be one of the lucky ones that is not metabolically resistant. Good for you on your jackrabbit start. You should definitely follow up on the great leads Carole has put in her post, and since you seem to lose easily, don't be afraid to move up the rungs. Glad you found us.
