hi.. all.. I began on January 1.. and for yesterday and today.. I am at goal weight of 120lbs... the last 3... I was doing atkins without much thought.. meaning it is very natural for me. Since I only wanted to lose 15 lbs... I have done it.. now.. I might want to take it to 115lbs and leave it there.. I am 5'2. I am working hard with my son... helping him to lose. It is slow going.. but it is what it is... thanks.. all.. LIa
