Hiya! I just started the induction phase on Friday, June 19. I'm back to Atkins after several years of weight gain and other diets. Atkins is the only one that has every worked for me. And I'm thrilled to be eating bacon again!
My goal is to go from a size 14 back to a size 6, where I was when I did Atkins back in 2002. That first time put me in bikini shape, and I'd love to be there again.
Thanks for this fantastic site! I will certainly need a lot of support this time around.

39, 5'7" I started Atkins because I LOVE bacon  First time 2002: 145/130 -- reached goal in 6 weeks, generally maintained for 2 years, then dove back into carbs
