when you want a baked potato with sour cream try Linda's substitute -- I love it and have it often! Linda's Low Carb Menus & Recipes. I have that nearly everytime we have steak for dinner. That way when the hubs and mom are eating their baked potatoes I have mine too!!!

I hope your daughter takes your advise and doesn't wait. The older you are and the more wrong with you the harder it is to get the weight off. I still believe this is the easiest way to loose weight even if it isn't the fastest. I never feel hungry, the food is wonderful and I'm happy -- three things I can't say about diets!!

Glad you had a good meal and enjoyed Father's Day Audrey!! We had a nice day here also.
