I am a Newbie too...this site is so inspiring its great!
Started the Atkins Induction today! Have never done it before so am excited to see how it goes.
I am 21 and have just finished University..and lets just say the Uni lifestyle did NOT do my figure much good
so hopefully i can get back on track to being happy again!
