And if you cut down on them you have more carb space for veggies. Oils are very good - I use olive oil quite a bit. Butter is great and so is mayo. I often eat my veggies with some kind of fat. Veggies sautted in oil (I love this) or veggies with a full fat dressing. Avocado (you can have half) is nice and have a lot of healthy fat in it.
I thought your protein portions were a bit small - don't hesitiate eating more. How many calories did you have according to fitday? |
